Avoid Double Paying Invoices

Please do not turn on ‘Auto Pay’ in Biller Genie.

• Turning ‘Auto Pay’ ‘ON’ in Biller is not the way to automatically pay Monthly Storage
• Please setup a credit card or ACH payment information within the Inventory App to automatically pay storage invoices

Example:

• Client ‘John Doe’ had ( 20 ) LAIs completed by a veterinarian from RSG.
• The invoice totaled $1,080.
• The client wrote a check for $1,080 and handed it to the Vet Tech who scanned the check via the ReliaFund Mobile App
• Because the client turned on ‘Auto Pay’, and there was a stored payment ACH method on file, a payment was also processed from the client’s checking account
• This resulted in a double payment and a refund process

RSG Nutrition + Umbarger Update

Good News! Our first batch of feed was manufactured at Umbarger this week for trial at RSG. Umbarger Dealers will have access to the new REPRO ELITE line within the next few weeks.

IVF Success Continues at RSG

This week, we had 24 goats produce 418 oocytes. That’s an average of 17.3 per donor.

Last week, we had 29 sheep produce 283 oocytes.

We continue to see fertility rates increase for both sheep and goats.
