Please be sure your Genetics Inventory account is fully set up prior to making a transaction. If you are logged in and get a blank screen, or try to make a transaction and you can’t, it is likely that your account is not completely set up.
To correct this, go to the Settings link and check and see if you have Payment Information set up. In most cases, clients get an error because they have not added their credit card or ACH information into the account.
You can only view your inventory until storage payment is set up.
Account Settings
Users with an Account Owner or Account Admin role can edit and update the account settings including addresses and payment details.
