Title: Frozen Genetics Administrator

Some Responsibilities Include:

Taking semen orders from breeders
Packing each order and double verifying that everything is correct
Following up with each client with a shipping confirmation
Assisting the team with semen collections and processing

Hobbies outside RSG: You can find Makena cheering on Purdue athletics, cuddling her pups, or at a livestock show in her down time.

Random Fact: Makenna’s family has a greenhouse business that has been in her family for 100 years and counting!!

Here are some simple steps to review and pay RSG invoices online:

First you will receive an email from RSG-QBs. You will not immediately see the invoice.
Second you must look for the option to REVIEW AND PAY. Click on that link to be taken to RSG’s Quick Books online portal.
Third step is to then click on VIEW INVOICE
Lastly you can view the invoice, pay it if applicable or come back and review it another time as long as you save the email with the link to RSG-QBs and the invoice.

The steps are the same for Apple and Android phones.
