You must be the owner of the semen and your email should match that on your account. A member of our Genetics team will respond to confirm the release/ transfer and get any additional shipping information that might be required. If you are a RSG Frozen Genetics Storage client you can initiate transfers by logging in to your inventory management account.
PLEASE NOTE: This form is NOT a pickup request. In order to schedule semen shipping, the purchaser must contact RSG directly to arrange shipping details and payment.
