It’s still hard to find an FF buck that has made as many state and national champions as Gable,
he simply continues to have offspring that find that backdrop on the biggest stages year after
year. His daughters moving into production are getting great reviews as well. At our house,
they’re making keeper bucks and some of the highest selling wethers we’ve made. He seems to
work best when bred to stouter, more moderate ewes that need more extension and look, while
not breeding the shape and mass out of them. A buck that has truly left a lasting impact on not
only our flock but for many other that have used him.
