By completing this form you are requesting the semen collection of a designated male by RSG. Form submission does not guarantee a scheduled for male collection, shipping/ pick up or payment. This form will notify our Genetics team of a collection request. You will be contacted within 24 hours Monday thru Friday to confirm the collection, shipping or pick up instructions and payment by one of our team members. This request form must be completed to start the process for a fresh semen collection. For delivery assurance we recommend fresh semen be scheduled for use on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Thank You!

Shipments via UPS Next Day Air Early or FedEx First Overnight will not make it to a farm / host facility until 2:00pm if it’s going to most states West of the Mississippi. For morning breed times we recommend you know your nearest UPS Store or UPS Hub, or FedEx Ship Center / Hub, and the options of getting the ‘Fresh’ shipment for pick up between 9:00a and 10:30a local time.
