Here is a quick checklist to make sure you are prepared for the breeding season:

Be sure to have your dates scheduled.
Complete and sign your adobe service agreement with RSG.
Review the Pre Program Management Guide
Have your semen purchased and in your inventory ready to use. If planning on fresh semen be sure you complete a Fresh Semen Request form if using an RSG Sires buck or ram.
Order your pharmacy supplies.
Read and follow all protocols to assure program success.

New Inventory Platform Adding Users to Your Account

Account Team Management

As the account owner you have all permissions to manage inventory and account details. You can also give others permission to work within your account.

To add a user to your account:

Click the ‘+ Add User’ button found in the Team Management screen.
Select the access level for this user (see account roles left)
Enter the e-mail address of the user you wish to add.
Click the magnifying glass icon to search for the user.
If the user is not found, enter their first name, last name, and phone number to send them an invitation.
If the user is found, the Submit button will be activated.
Click submit to add the user.
The new user is now shown in the Team Management list and you have options to edit (change their role) or remove them.
If the user was invited to set up a profile with RSG, you will see a Resend option instead of Edit. Clicking Resend will send the user another invitation e-mail.

Account Settings

Users with an Account Owner or Account Admin role can edit and update the account settings including addresses and payment details.

Dustin Page

RSG Team Member Spotlight

Dustin Page is celebrating six years with RSG! Dustin spends a lot of his time under the microscope examining semen for our clients. His role is critical in assuring the highest quality frozen semen in the industry. Dustin also helps track our pharmacy inventory to make sure our Vet teams and labs are well stocked for the breeding season. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, and showing dogs and rabbits at a very competitive level.

Improving Your Experience With RSG

As RSG continues to grow we have invested in additional team members and technology to help better serve our clients. We are currently upgrading our phone system to help get your answers to questions faster, take orders, and route your calls to the proper team members.

Our first effort will be to get you to a live person right away to assist you. If all lines are busy helping other clients, you will then be put into a message to better route your call based on your needs.

Press 1 for scheduling needs like breeding services (ET, LAI, IVF) and/or buck/ram collection.

Press 2 for questions about the RSG Genetics Inventory platform.

Press 3 to order from our semen catalog, pharmacy, nutrition, or other products.

Press 4 for invoicing and billing inquiries.

Press 5 for the RSG Foundation.

Press 6 for all other inquiries.

Press # and you can have this menu repeated.

Pressing the respective number will route you directly to the right team to assist with your needs efficiently. As always, we appreciate your patience and look forward to continuing to provide excellent service! #RSGUpdates

Semen donations continue to come into the RSG Foundation Gene Bank. Over 3,000 units have been donated!

In April, Beatty’s Club Lambs made a generous donation of several hundred units of semen from rams like Black Betty (pictured here). These rams and many more are available at a deep discounts via the RSG Foundation website. Young producers can apply for grants to acquire semen to help them get started using LAI and ET in their programs.

We have also had our first goat semen donated as well from Jason Craig.

Thanks to all the breeders who have made donations!

Lutalyse® is a veterinarian prescribed medication for intramuscular use for estrus synchronization. We anticipate Estrumate to remain in short supply this year. Payments for all breeding services are due at time of service. Please do not leave a host site or RSG facility without making a payment.

To access your Genetics Inventory Account you must provide a credit card or ACH information to cover the monthly storage billing amount.

We ship frozen genetics on Monday’s, Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s only to avoid shippers sitting over the weekends.
